一、使用范围

I. The scope of use

铸铁闸门是用来关闭和开启水利工程过水孔口的活动结构。闸门的作用是按需要全部或局部的关闭和开启过水孔口，以调节上、下游水位，泄放流量。广泛用于农田灌溉、水产养殖、农业经济开发区、污水处理、水力发电站、水库、河流（水闸、堤坝、涵洞、管道）、是防洪、抗旱、蓄水、发电、通航、过木及排除泥沙、冰块和其他漂浮物等进水、退水工程的专用设备、山区、平原，有、无电地区均可使用。

Cast iron gate is a movable structure to close and open the water orifice of water project. The gate is used to fully or partly close and open the water orifice as per the needs, to adjust the upstream and downstream water level, discharge flow. It is widely used in irrigation, aquaculture, agricultural and economic development zone, sewage treatment, hydroelectric power stations, reservoirs, rivers (sluices, dams, culverts, pipes), and is the special equipment of water inlet and outlet for flood control, drought resistance, water storage, power generation, navigation, log passing and sediment, ice and other floating objects removal, available for both in mountain and plain areas, whether with electricity or without electricity.

二、结构

铸铁闸门由闸板、闸框、吊座、压板、紧闭压板、地脚螺栓、紧固螺栓等部件组成。

Cast iron gate consists of gate plate, gate frame, hanging bracket, press plate, closing press plate, anchor bolts, fastening bolts and other components.

三、工作原理

III. The working principle

铸铁闸门在启闭机升降作用下，使闸板在闸框滑道内上、下滑动，能部分或全部的开启和关闭过水孔口。在水柱的压力下，强迫闸门向下游位移，紧靠在闸框至水面上，保证止水效果良好，达到调节流量和控制水位的目的。

With the lifting function of hoist, cast iron gate makes the gate plate slide up and down in the slideway of gate frame, partly or fully open and close the water orifice. The water column forces the gate to move to the downstream, closely against the gate frame, to the water surface, to ensure good water breaking effect, to achieve the purpose of flow adjustment and water level control.

铸铁闸门，从设计、制作安装及验收、防腐蚀、原材料进厂、零部件加工、工艺流程、质量检验、成品销售和售后服务等环节全部执行部颁标准。经水利部水工金属结构质量检测中心的鉴定，达到水利工程技术要求，产品性能和制造精度达到国内同行业先进水平。

For the cast iron gate, the standard issued by the ministry is executed in its design, production and installation and acceptance, anti-corrosion, raw materials, spare parts processing, process flow, quality inspection, finished product sales and after-sales service and so on. After appraised by the hydraulic metal structure quality inspection center under the Ministry of Water Resources, it has met the technical requirements of water conservancy project, and its product performance and manufacturing accuracy reaches the advanced level in the domestic industry.

铸铁闸门具有外形美观，结构简单、操作安全、启闭灵活、运行可靠、安装方便、封水严密、止水性能好、有良好的不透水性、耐腐蚀性能强、能承受较大的水压力、摩擦力小、控制水流好、合理分配水量、保证河道安全运行、使用寿命长、维修费用低等优点。

五、安装调整

V. Installation and adjustment

铸铁闸门，安装前一定要检查闸门的最大外形尺寸和预留二期浇筑水泥结构基础布置孔口，是否相符，基础布置孔口四周尺寸必须大于闸门最大外形四周尺寸20厘米为宜。

Cast iron gate, before installation must check the gate of the maximum dimensions and set aside two cement foundation structure layout orifice, consistent with the basic layout of the orifice size must be greater than the maximum size of the gate around the size of 20 cm is appropriate.

1.闸门安装前，首先确定水流方向，然后必须校正闸门底横框上平面的正确高度位置，闸门底横框上平面必须高于河底（或渠底）平面0.05米为宜，以防水流的冲激，把石头、泥沙、杂木等漂浮物冲进闸门底横框槽内，造成闸门不能下降到相应位置，影响止水效果。

2.闸门安装前，，首先检查各部位的连接螺栓是否在运输和装卸途中造成松动，若有松动，应用扳手拧紧。

2. Before installing the gate, first check whether the connecting bolts of each part are loose to avoid from loosing during transportation and loading. If it looses, tighten it with the wrench.

3.再检查，两边立闸框和上下横闸框止水摩擦面铁盒的更紧，安装后减小间隙，闸门在上下横框上安装了压板卡铁，注意在闸门安装好后，将卡铁拆除，才不会影响闸门启闭。

3. Re-check the iron box of water sealing friction surface on horizontal gate frame and the upper and lower vertical frames on both sides to keep it tighter, and reduce the gap after installation; the gate has press plate clipping iron installed on the upper and lower vertical frames, so after installation of the gate, the clipping iron should be removed, so that the opening and closing of gate will not be affected.

4.闸门安装时，应整体就位安装，禁止闸板、闸框分开安装，以防闸框弯曲变形，影响止水效果和启闭。

4. For installation of the gate, it should be installed in place as a whole, and it is prohibited for the gate plate and the gate frame to be installed separately, so as to prevent bending and deformation of the gate frame, or troubles of water sealing effect and opening and closing.

5.闸门安装时，应整体就位安装，禁止闸板、闸框分开安装，以防闸框弯曲变形，影响止水效果和启闭。

5. For installation of the gate, it should be installed in place as a whole, and it is prohibited for the gate plate and the gate frame to be installed separately, so as to prevent bending and deformation of the gate frame, or troubles of water sealing effect and opening and closing.

6.闸门吊装进预留二期浇筑水泥结构基础布置孔口后，一定要保证两边立闸框用长水平尺紧靠在铅垂线上，上下横闸框用长水平尺紧靠在水平线上，闸门整体吊装就位后，调整好前后、左右、上下的正确位置，然后把调整地脚螺栓与一期混凝土工程预留钢筋焊接牢固。再用塞尺检测各止水面处的间隙，同时对间隙大于0.2mm处，用高强度螺栓进行调整，要确保各止水面的最大间隙在0.2mm以下。再将闸门背水面两边立闸框用型钢或木杆支撑紧，以防水泥浇筑时挤压，造成两边立闸框弯曲变形，影响闸板在闸框滑到内上下滑动。确认无误后，进行二期浇筑水泥。

6 After gate is lifted to the foundation layout hole of the reserved Stage II cement structure, must ensure the vertical frames at both sides to closely lean against the vertical line by using a long horizontal feet, and the upper and lower horizontal frames to closely lean against the horizontal line by using a long horizontal feet. After the gate is lifted and installed, adjust the position correctly before and after, left and right, up and down, and then adjust the anchor bolts to be firmly welded with the reserved reinforcement of Stage I concrete project. And then use a clearance gauge to detect the gap at the water sealing surface, and for the gap greater than 0.2mm, use high-strength bolts to adjust and to ensure the maximum gap in the sealing surface less than 0.2mm. Then tightly support the vertical frame at both sides of back surface of the gate by using a profiled bar or wood pole, to prevent from squeezing during the cement pouring and from resulting in bending and deformation of vertical frame at both sides and from affecting the gate sliding in the gate frame slideway. After it is confirmed to be correct, the second phase of cement pouring begins.

7.闸门二期浇筑水泥后，要及时把流进闸板、闸框、紧闭压板间隙中的水泥浆清除完毕，防止水泥浆凝固后，影响闸门启闭。

7. After the second phase of cement pouring for the gate, it is necessary to timely clean up the slurry flowing into the gap of gate plate, gate frame, closing press plate, to prevent the gate from difficult opening and closing due to the cement solidification.

六、使用保养

XI. Use and maintenance

铸铁闸门在开启或关闭过水孔口时应注意闸板的上下极限位置，以免损坏闸门或启闭机。闸门在启闭过程中，如有异常情况，应立即停止，及时检查处理，排除故障后，才能继续使用。在离底坎30厘米左右时，必须停止，确认闸门底部没有或清除干净砂石、大木头等又硬又大影响闸门启闭的杂物后，再手动关闭闸门。

When the cast iron gate opens or closes the water hole, we should pay attention to the upper and lower limit plate position, so as not to damage the gate or hoist. In the opening and closing process of the gate, if any abnormalities, we should immediately stop it, make timely inspection and settlement, troubleshooting, and then continue to use. If it is about 30 cm away from the bottom sill, we must stop it, and when we confirm there is no big and hard sundries such as sand, stone, wood that will impact the opening and closing, or when these sundries are cleaned up, we may manually close the gate.

为了延长闸门的使用寿命，闸门使用一段时间后，要利用枯水季节，进行防腐蚀处理，表面涂抹防腐材料每半年一次，磨合面涂油每季一次。

In order to extend the life of the gate, we should make anti-corrosion treatment of the gate in the dry season after a period of use. Spread anti-corrosion materials on the surface once a year, and apply oil on the running-in surface once a quarter.

七、售后服务

我厂对产品质量实行“三包”，产品自出厂之日起一年内，由于产品生产质量问题造成产品不合格时，予以“包修、包换、包退”。

We provide "Three Guarantees" for the product quality, and within one year from the date that the product is sold from our factory, we will be responsible for "product repair, replacement and rejection" for the incompetent products due to the product quality problems.
